Terms of Service

These Terms govern the Forthsuite website and any custom-made supply-chain operations service ordered under an agreed proposal, statement of work, or order.

1. Service

Forthsuite's current sellable offer is a custom-made, custom-priced operations service. The unified supply-chain operating system is a product vision, not a single shipped self-serve suite. An accepted project document defines the actual scope, deliverables, responsibilities, and timetable.

2. Accounts and Access

A Forthsuite website or service enquiry does not require a Shopify store. For an accepted engagement, you must provide accurate project information, lawful access to agreed systems and data, and timely decisions needed for the work.

3. Quotes and Payment

Forthsuite has no fixed self-serve subscription price. Fees, currencies, billing milestones, expenses, taxes, and cancellation terms are set out in the proposal, statement of work, or order you accept.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or deceptive material, infringe another person's rights, or use the service for an unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

Forthsuite's original software, site content, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in data and material you lawfully supply and grant the limited permission needed to operate the service you request.

6. Product-specific Responsibility

Results depend on the agreed scope, the information and access supplied, third-party systems, and decisions made by the client. No outcome or unlisted product capability is guaranteed.

7. Service Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Suspension and Termination

A custom engagement may be ended under the termination terms in its accepted project document. Website access may be restricted for misuse, security risk, or where required by law.
